Bicycle Express

  I just got a Marin bike from Bicycle Express. I was looking for a particular bike which was not available anywhere nearby. They were the only place who offered to call me back once it's in stock. Guess what! I did get a callback from them once the bike was in stock.

Once I reached there I noticed they were following all the COVID related protocols and limited entry to only two people at a time. The bike was ready for me, though I was in a rush they still insisted I take a test ride so they can make any adjustments I wanted. I felt there was some unusual noise. When I mentioned it to them they spent enough time between fixing and testing until first they and then I was satisfied even though it was a really busy hour for them with many people waiting to be serviced. The staff is super friendly, patient and had a smile on their face all along.

Event though I am about 15 miles away, they will be my preferred go to bike shop in the valley for any of my bike related needs.

  Cool place. They are nice and will let you test ride their bikes. When they let me do so, they actually take the time to make adjustments so when I ride it, it was much more comfortable and fitting such that I actually want to buy it. I didn't though because wasn't sure but I've been thinking about the place since.

I only needed a few items done to the bike.
Seat post, a new seat and a clamp for the post
Also 2 new tire tubes. Upon checking it in I was told an hour and a half so I decided to walk around downtown.
When returning to the shop to pick my bike and this is at 4:30 pm I see clear as day they haven't even started.
I went to the front door to ask and was told it was next.
So I decided to give them one last shot. I decided to wait at the store this time but while I was waiting another customer came in with a flat tire and that customers bike went on the rack before mine. Mind you my bike is right next the the rack for the bike. I am pretty sure that there work is good but very unorganized shop. Only do business here if you can leave your bike til the next day.
Wasted 2 hours of my day and nothing was done to the bike.

  I've been coming to this shop off and on for a very long time. Whenever I need parts or wheels built or trued. This team has always been helpful and built my wheelset super fast. Thank you

  Very welcoming and friendly staff. They were super helpful for new time bikers and didn't make you feel pressured into making a purchase.

  The people here are great! Fixed my kiddos bike quickly and my son is so happy! We needed new chains, front and rear tires and it was very reasonable. He's so happy biking everywhere now. Thank you!
